Lt. Surge introduces himself

Trololololol.... this is probably the stupidest thing I have ever drawn! But seriously, he´s really creepy character! (though everything even slightly military-related makes me puke : P) I recently read Pokemon manga, and he was actually one of the bad guys!O_O Wow...that explains a lot! Drawn with ink, G-pen, aquabrushes and promarkers. Had to get this idea off my head!

(eating Vanilluxe for dessert would have been too obvious!xD)
