Is it a helicopter? Is it Mary Poppins??!!! Is it a bird?

Well, kinda. This penguin can fly!!! Penguin is my favourite Batman villain along with Joker. :heart: I decided to draw him in a traditional children illustrated book style. Made with gouachés and black pencil.
